Selling Homes in Calgary

Seeing your house hit the Calgary home listing page can be emotional. You may be excited about moving up the property ladder while sad at saying goodbye to where you started your family. You may be in need of downsizing, but also looking to stay in your current neighbourhood. On top of all that, you need to figure out a fair price, prepare the home for showings, find a real estate lawyer, deal with contracts…

Feeling overwhelmed? Don’t be. I’m here to help.

I want you to feel like “my Realtor®,” the person you can depend on to help you take this journey step by step until the home is sold within a fair asking price. I have years of experience as one of the best Calgary Realtors® in the city because I take the time to truly understand why you are selling, when you need to sell buy, and assist you with all that necessary paperwork – while understating the excitement and the trepidation that can come with putting your beloved house on the Calgary home listings market.

But I don’t stop there. I go through each room with you, showing what to do to enhance the home to sell quickly. You’ll be almost as knowledgeable as I am about the market as I share the current conditions that will impact your sale. As a professional photographer, you don’t have to worry about yet another person in your home. Taking the photos is part of my service.

Successfully selling on the Calgary home listings takes a significant amount of time, money, and energy. My goal is to ensure you have the least possible amount of time impact and inconvenience. I want your experience with “my Realtor®” to be a positive one, so you can look back at the sale of your home as another happy memory.

Did you know?

  • The cleaner the home, the better it shows. Spot clean between weekly deep cleaning to stay ready for showings.
  • The little things count! Paint that chip in the wall, replace those burnt out bulbs, and repair that leaking tap.
  • The outside matters too. Check your curb appeal. Cut the grass. Add some flowers.
  • Pack away your personalized belongings such as photos, souvenirs, and heirlooms. This helps prospective buyers get a feel for how their own items will look in the house, and gives you a head start on packing!
  • The kitchen and bathrooms are the main selling features. If needed, update them before listing
  • One of the fastest and easiest ways to freshen up a house is also one of the cheapest – paint!
